The main unit has the tape seal proving that it is 100% new (only opened once carefully with gloves), and yes the Sonic game is included in this extremely rare version - premium collectors item - happy safe shopping! There is no "seal on the box"-culture in Japan like in the west, so no Japanese items have seals on the boxes even if they are new.
