Hotel Mario (Philips CD-i, 1994) RARE Factory Sealed Original. Plastic is in good condition, no fraying. Front case has a crack in the name otherwise in good condition. One of the rarest Mario games!

Hotel Mario was one of four games featuring Nintendo characters published for the CD-i; the others were three Legend of Zelda games. Another Mario game (Super Mario's Wacky Worlds) was to be made but was never released.
