Brand New Factory Sealed Sony Playstation TV Console System VTE-1001 Black. You can see both seals on top and bottom are intact never moved. However when as I was taking photos I noticed some cuts on the top sides of the flaps.

Also the small folded instructional leaflet fell out. I was afraid this might have been opened and resealed somehow but I checked unboxing video and it looks like the leaflet comes folded and sits outside the internal box. Rest assured this is brand new as the cuts on the top flap are not wide enough to have someone take the content out without breaking the seal.
