Brand new sealed 20th aniversary ps4 special edition. It is the NTSC north american version. Slight damage to the outer slip & plastic wrap lower front center clearly detailed in pictures. I have taped over the tear with some white zebra labels to prevent further tearing they should easily remove and leave little to no residue.
